A handling fee may be payable so that we can obtain the information you require. Under the Privacy Act you have the right to access personal information we hold about you. We will take all reasonable steps to protect the security of the personal information that we hold. This includes appropriate measures to protect electronic materials and materials stored and generated in hard copy.

The Superworks advising service is provided predominantly over the phone and internet. This makes it convenient and accessible and also cost effective. Good advice should always save (or make) you significantly more than what it actually costs.

If you don't have time now, our adviser will arrange a convenient time to contact you to conduct a free initial consultation. Depending on the complexity of any questions that you may have, the initial consultation may be sufficient to answer your queries. If any advice is provided in the initial consultation it will be general advice only which does not take into consideration details of your personal situation. If, during the initial consultation it becomes apparent that you require personal or complex advice your adviser will inform you of your options at that time.

In order to provide you with personal advice your adviser will need to conduct a comprehensive fact find to ensure that we have a clear understanding of your situation and that our advice is properly tailored to your needs. On completion of the fact find, your adviser will conduct an analysis of your situation in consideration of appropriate strategies towards maximising your retirement savings. This includes an assessment of your existing superannuation investments against thousands of available alternatives to determine the best investments for your needs.

Easy to Understand

All recommendations are then documented and provided to you in an Advice Pack which details our recommendations, the reasons behind the recommendations and all the documentation required to implement the proposed changes. You can discuss the proposed changes with your adviser as many times as you need to in order to ensure that you are comfortable with the advice. Your adviser will also guide you through implementation of the proposed recommendations.

Affordable

The fee for personal advice is based on an hourly rate of $150 (plus GST). Your adviser wil estimate the amount of work involved and agree to a fixed-fee prior to conducting any work on your behalf. This fee is fixed regardless of the amount of time and effort involved in actually providing you with the advice, from the initial fact find, all the way through to the implementation of the advice.
